POSTAGE
In general, all orders will be packed and dispatched to the address provided
within two working days of payment being received.
Please take a further 2 up to 4 working days into consideration for transportation time
and delivery within the British mainland - including England, Scotland and Wales.
For the Republic of Ireland ( Poblacht na hÉireann ), for Malta, for Cyprus,
for Gibraltar, for the British Channel Islands, for the smaller British islands,
for the Isle of Man and for Northern Ireland you have
to calculate with a delivery time of 3 up to 8 working days.
The transportation time for parcels to Canada, the United States of America,
Australia, New Zealand, India, Hong Kong or to the British Overseas Territories
will be around 8 up to 14 working days.
The parcel will be delivered by the responsible transport company
in the daytime during the regular business hours.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence
the date of delivery or even the exact time of delivery at your premises.
However, we are well prepared to send the parcel with the
PIZZA STONE / BREAD BAKING STONE to the address of your place of work.
Shipment to an alternative address ( friends / relatives / neighbours )
is possible as well as far as there is always someone available.
For safety reasons and for both your and our own satisfaction,
goods will only be packed in Polystyrene protective packages
which are able to provide adequate protection against breakage.
Our shipments are insured against both loss and breakage.

The regular handling time for your order is two working days !
For the custom-cut of your PIZZA STONE / BREAD BAKING STONE, as well as
for the production of PIZZA STONES - versions "BBQ" and "XL" - in all sizes, please
allow us an additional manufacturing time of three up to seven working days.
So the custom-cut articles and the PIZZA STONES "BBQ" and "XL" will be
will be manufactured and dispatched within five up to nine working days
after payment being received.
PACKAGING & POSTAGE COSTS
The calculation of shipping charges depends
on the parcel weight which is categorized in three price and weight classes.
The following table shows the parcel content possible in the individual weight classes.

The regular shipping charges apply to the British mainland.
Due to the higher transport effort required for receiving addresses on a smaller island
or in Northern Ireland, the shipping charges are slightly increased in this case.
The packaging & postage costs listed

are valid for the British mainland including England, Scotland and Wales

the Isle of Man and the British Channel Islands.
If the delivery address is in the Republic of Ireland ( Poblacht na hÉireann ),
the shipment costs will come to

the packaging & postage costs will amount to

If the delivery address is in Bailiwick of Jersey, in Bailiwick of Guernsey or in Gibraltar,
the shipment costs will add up to

For the delivery to an address in the British Overseas Territories, in Belize, in Guyana,
in India or in Hong Kong, the packaging & postage costs will amount up to
EUR 88.00 ( ± £ 74.00 ) / EUR 108.00 ( ± £ 90.50 ) / EUR 128.00 ( ± £ 107.00 ).
A parcel to the Republic of Malta or Cyprus ( Greek ) causes costs of
EUR 17.00 ( ± £ 14.30 ) / EUR 22.00 ( ± £ 18.50 ) / EUR 27.00 ( ± £ 22.70 ).
If the delivery address is in Canada or in the United States of America,
the shipment costs will amount to

respective EUR 105.00 ( ± CA$ 137.80 / ± US$ 140.00 ).
The shipment costs for a parcel to Australia or to New Zealand will add up to
EUR 88.00 ( ± AU$ 108.50 / ± NZ$ 140.00 ) / EUR 108.00 ( ± AU$ 133.20 / ± NZ$ 171.70 )
respective EUR 128.00 ( ± AU$ 157.90 / ± NZ$ 203.50 ).
The postage costs listed above in GBP / CAD / USD / AUD / NZD are non-binding,
the reason being the fluctuating exchange rate.
These prices ( ± £ / ± CA$ / ± US$ / ± AU$ / ± NZ$ ) are only to help with conversion.
Only the quotations in EURO are relevant for completion of a formal contract.
We assume that the address-data you have passed on is correct.
If this not be the case, you are committed to refunding our costs caused by the transport company
having to find out your address / address correction, or for the return transport of the goods.
This also applies in the case of the shipment not being able to be delivered
due to the addressee unable to be contacted, and the expiration of the period of storage.
